Vila Alba is the owner of this website and is responsible for the management of all content, with the purpose of informing the public and promoting our offers and services.

The information provided on this website, despite being correct and accurate, may have errors or inaccuracies and is merely indicative, not constituting in some cases technical or clinical information and not constituting a medical opinion. We therefore recommend that you seek a qualified professional whenever you need specific advice.

Vila Alba Resort reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect, to modify, to add or to revoke, partially or totally, these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be immediately available on this page, so it is advisable to visit regularly.

GENERAL POLICIES

Please note that there are the following additional costs that will be charged at check-in:

 

The Lagoa tourist tax, which is €2.00 per person aged 13 and over per night during the high season and €1.00 per person aged 13 and over per night during the low season, will be charged to all our guests for each stay, with a maximum duration of seven consecutive nights.

For the definition of high and low seasons, we consider High Season: from 1st April to 31st October and Low Season: from 1st November to 31st March.

 

Check-in: Guests can check in from 4:00 PM onwards.

Check-out: Guests are kindly requested to check out by 12:00 PM.

 

Note: Please be informed that during the low season, the hotel reception hours will be adjusted during the following periods:

From 1st November 2024 to 5th January 2025.

From 14th February 2025 to 31st March 2025.

During these periods, the reception will be open from 7:30 AM to 11:59 PM, and the check-in and check-out times will be adjusted as follows:

Check-in: Guests can check in from 4:00 PM until 11:59 PM.

Check-out: We kindly ask guests to check out between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM.

 

Furthermore, for accommodation purposes, we consider children up to 10 years old. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for properly certified guide dogs. The use of swimming caps in the indoor pool is mandatory for all our guests.
