Spa Alba: The treatments are more than mere pampering. They help to balance the senses and work deeply to restore equilibrium. Their aim is to stimulate the body´s own natural healing powers. Only when the entire mind, body and soul are rested, then true healing may begin. Include 6 treatment rooms, separate saunas, turkish bath and sensation shower, and a relaxation room with heated water beds. At a separate corner, with a magnificent garden and ocean view, there is an indoor heated pool, with water jets, a hot tub, and a gymnasium. It is possible to arrive to Marinha Beach with a walk of 20 minutes, but there are several others paths to be done, offering to the walkers unique views of the Algarvian landscape. The closest one is the Seven Hanging Valleys Walk follows the winding outlines of the cliffs, extending 5.7 km from the Vale Centianes Beach to the Marinha Beach.
